2 cups almond milk
3/4 cup frozen raspberries (any berry will do – high in antioxidants with a low glycemic load, these are great for brain health)
3 tbsp. chia seeds, soaked overnight in ¾ cup water (chia seeds contain omega3 essential fatty acid, perfect for the brain)
1 tbsp. flax seed meal (contains omega-3 and omega-6)
1 scoop protein powder (fires up the neurotransmitters in the brain)
1 tsp. 3-6-9 oil blend (Udo’s) or flax oil
This sustains for 2-3 hours.
